Getting you the right parts on time
1.1. These terms and conditions apply to all sales made by Autopart-ner (“the Company”).
1.2. By placing an order, the buyer (“Customer”) agrees to these terms and conditions.
2.1. All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
2.2. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.3. Payments can be made via EFT, credit card, or any other method agreed upon by the Company.
2.4. Late payments will incur interest at a rate of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.
3.1. The Company will make every effort to deliver goods on the agreed delivery date but shall not be liable for any delays.
3.2. Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the Customer upon delivery.
4.1. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the goods are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
4.2. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns unless the return is due to a Company error.
4.3. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of returned goods.
5.1. The Company warrants that all goods supplied are free from defects in material and workmanship for 12 months from delivery.
5.2. This warranty does not cover defects caused by improper use, neglect, or unauthorised repair.
6.1. The Company’s liability for any claim arising from the sale of goods is limited to the purchase price.
6.2. The Company is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the sale of goods.
7.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed following the laws of South Africa.
7.2. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
